The Turn-A-Round Point

Day 89 September 6

At approximately 5:30 pm (Newfoundland time), we left St John’s, Newfoundland to begin our journey west. St John’s was fabulous, and we were both sad to have to leave. We had great weather, beautiful land/seascapes, did some amazing hikes, went to wonderful museums, had delicious food, and got screeched-in.

St John’s was one of our very favorite places on our trip, and we are already talking about returning! But for now, we head west!

We are currently docked for the night at the Walmart in Clarenville.

So far, we’ve driven 11,025 miles, and we’ve taken six ferry boats for an unknown amount of miles.
